In many applications it makes sense to use knowledge from pilot tests before working out a definite concept for a full-scale plant. These include air flows having complex or varying components that cannot be defined sufficiently through measurements. In the case of biological air treatment, the use of pilot plants is especially recommended if there is no similar reference available.

The additional effort for piloting will pay for itself through the obtained planning reliability. This again ensures an optimization regarding plant sizing and consumption of consumables. If required, we will provide pilot plants for the different separation technologies including support and measurements.
